Sarah Reeves Life Coaching

Sarah is a qualified Life Coach and NLP practitioner, and has been working for the past 5 years with senior staff in the aged care industry. Sarah also ran workshops on a variety of topics including time management, stress management, improved communication and leadership.
As a mum of five Sarah has an understanding of the pressures of balancing home and work, and of family dynamics. She is also acutely aware of how difficult it can be for a woman to create some time for herself.
Since becoming a life coach in 2011, Sarah has worked with women who are successful at work and have a good home life, yet feel unfulfilled and dissatisfied with their life. They often feel guilty because they know that they are living a relatively comfortable life and that from the outside it seems perfect.

Sometimes these women feel stuck or even miserable in one or more areas of their life. Sarah uses NLP technics to help identify the unconscious beliefs and past experiences that are causing them to feel stuck, or preventing them from carving out some ‘me time’. By identifying these beliefs and experiences, Sarah can work with the client to help them find their own solutions. Sarah also supports her clients using and discovering tools and strategies that will benefit them now but also enable them to continue to lead a fulfilling life.
Sarah was born in the UK and immigrated to Melbourne in 2003. She lives in Rosanna with her husband, three of her five children and a dog that is loving but also has some serious behavioural issues.
